America, die for green and greed, at least that’s the way they make it seem. With my friends they must have broke the mold, but my friends are just like yours. Bicker fight hug it out. That said. Our love is a mountain. America, land of the obscene. Cradle to life in all of its extremes. Why then, do some suppose that everyone’s mind is so closed. Just look into each other’s eyes, what you see, I see. Stare back at your humanity. The mirror doesn’t lie. I’m your reflection, regardless of your complexion. My accent’s inflection, doesn’t define my intention. I’m your reflexion of my complexion. My accent’s inflection doesn’t define my intention.
I love the light and shade between Bryan's dirty and Emma's forlorn vocals. There are so many layers to this recording that are driven home through contrast. Plus the riffs are brilliant and get me moving. I can't stop listening to Thou and Emma in general lately. spaceman2250
everything about this compilation is fantastic: funds go to a good cause, a good primer on bands that are openly anti-racism ans great tracks. 10/10 Sterling
